Kosodeonzakijinjajou (4).JPG

Onzaki-jinja, is a shrine founded by the Takeda Clan in the middle 16th century to pray for fertility in the family. It seems the shrine was either built inside of a fort or subsequently fortified to create Kosodeonzakijinjajō.

Visit Notes

Kosodeonzakijinjajō is now the site of a shrine to Inari. There seems to be what remains of a deep dry moat partially surrounding the shrine.

  • Trench-like depression
