History

Tsukie-toride is thought to have been a satellite fortification of Hinodejō. See Hinode Castle.


Visit Notes

Tsukie-toride has some remains such as dorui (earthen ramparts), but they are apparently on private property, so I only viewd the site from below. Like Hinodejō to the north, Tsukie-toride was a fort which sat upon big, hoary cliffs facing the west.
